My name is Tamara Hamilton. I am happily married with three girls: Bailey-19, Brooke-16, and Bella-9. Before coming to Sango Elementary School, I taught middle school Math for Germantown Municipal District. As I begin my 25th year of teaching, I am dedicated to educating all of my students and will strive to serve as a mentor on this elementary school path. I graduated from The University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Union University with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

When I am not at school, I am home enjoying my family. We love going to basketball games, spending time outside, going to the gym, and having movie and game nights. If I find free time for myself, it is usually spent reading, traveling, or watching my favorite Netflix shows.

I am super excited to be on this exciting journey with you as we move to new heights of academic achievement as you enter 5th grade.
