Mrs. Williams’ 5th Grade Supply List
This is the list of supplies students need as they start 5th grade. (These items are closely aligned with the district list, but what I have found work best in our classroom)
- 3 dozen #2 yellow pencils (Mechanical pencils are okay, Pre-sharpened are preferred)
- 1- single subject spiral notebook (Math)
- 3 composition notebooks
- 1 pack of colored pencils
- 1 pair of scissors
- 6 glue sticks
- 2 large boxes of tissues
- 5 plastic 3-prong pocket folders (red, yellow, green, blue, purple-are preferred)
- 2 packages of anti-bacterial wipes
- 1 package of BLACK dry erase markers
- 1 composition notebook, hard cover
- 2 yellow highlighters
- 1 zippered supply pouch
- headphones
*Additional materials may be requested throughout the year as replenishing may be needed*
Wish List (The following are not required, but would be useful in our classroom):
- Colored printer paper
- Skittles
- Individually packed treats (i.e. mini candy bars, smarties, jolly ranchers, mints)
- Ziploc baggies (any size)
- Medium Tip Flair Pens
- Scotch Laminating Pouches (8.9 X 11.4)
- Hot glue sticks-Regular sized
- White cardstock
- Paper Towels
- Colored cardstock
