Hello! This is my 13th year to be a Sango Panther! During my 20 years of teaching as a Special Educator, I have taught Pk-6th grade from Resource /Inclusion settings to self-contained/pullout. I received my BS degree in Special Education/Psychology at APSU. I am pursing my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction at WGU. I have been married for 25 years and have 3 children. (Pharmacy Technician, Management Training, Junior HS) I love spending time with family and friends. I enjoy the fall time, Christmas and the beach! I look forward to an exciting year!

The following are classroom habits that helps us for success not only in the classroom but throughout our school environment and at home.  We want our students to be lifelong learners and show Sango PRIDE!

We are safe, responsible, and respectful by following these habits:

  1.  Stay in your seat - work area.
  2. Work - Complete Tasks
  3.  Keep eyes on the teacher and screen  -  Great skills for listening by showing respect to the person who is talking.
  4. Being Quiet so you can Listen - Be a great listener to learn and gain knowledge.
  5.  Communicate - Communication is the key to success - Let others know your wants and needs. Communicate by participation in lessons!
  6. Raise your Hand -  Be respectful to others by not blurting out.   Wait your turn by raising your hand.
  7. Keep hands and Feet to Self.
